How to become an exhibitor at #NDC17.

Stand information

Size

All stands measure 2×3 meters and will be divided by white partition walls. It is not permitted to mount anything directly on the walls.
All 50 exhibitors have been allocated their own booth. See a map of how the exhibitors are allocated in the #NDC17 exhibition area here.

Equipment

There will be access to electricity through a 3-way socket at all stands. You are permitted to play music and use audio effects, however it is expected that you keep the noise at a respectable level.
The exhibition area is very bright but if you find that you need extra lighting, please bring your own spot light and extension cords.
If you need any extra equipment for your stand e.g. table, screen, plant, it is possible to rent right here: www.holmud.dk/ENG/Home.html. As soon as your exhibitor application has been approved you will receive an e-mail with login credentials for Holmud.

All exhibitors have to order their stand equipment before April 20th. Equipment ordered by Holmud will be placed in your booth.

Setup and dismantling

All stands must be accessible during the official opening hours: 09.00 – 16.00 Thursday 4th May.

You have access to set up your stand during Wednesday night until 01:00 and Thursday morning from 06:00. Booths will be ready according to the Set up plan sent to you. If you need to store any equipment from Wednesday to Thursday, please contact exhibition responsible.

All stand equipment must be carried in through the main entrance. Please ask for assistance in the exhibition area if you need a pallet lift.

The exhibition area will be under surveillance during the night.
Dismantling of the stands must be done 16.00 – 18.00 Thursday 4th May. Please do respect the dismantling time and do not start earlier.

Goods reception and storage

If you need to send some equipment to Tivoli Hotel prior to the conference, please contact On-Site Denmark. They are our preferred freight Forwarder and also On-site handling (drayage) contractor for Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

For deliveries made directly to the Tivoli Congress Center, please be aware that this is only possible within the agreed setup time as Tivoli Hotel unfortunately cannot offer storage facilities and advanced deliveries will be turned away. Deliveries at all other times have to be sent to On-Site Denmark.

Parking

In collaboration with Wakeup Copenhagen, Tivoli Hotel offers a video-monitored car park for hotel guests. The car park is located between the two hotels and have a direct access to Tivoli Hotel through the basements. Draw a ticket on arrival and pay at departure by using credit card in the car park. Tivoli Hotel can not guarantee availability. Furthermore it is not possible to book parking space in advance.

Free wireless access.
Get the wifi password when you arrive.

Exhibition area during stage performances

The exhibition area will be under surveillance during the stage performances. We encourage all exhibitors to take part in the official programme in the Congress Hall.

Marketing

As exhibitor at Nordic Delivery Conference 2017 you get the opportunity to meet existing and potential customers and partners within the delivery industry.

You are more than welcome to invite your customers, partners and other interested parties to join the conference. Participation is free, but everybody have to register at www.ndc17.com.
